Router not providing WiFi signal

We recently had power fluctuations and now our AT&T router is not providing WiFi. We Ethernet signal, and all lights are green. I have tried resetting the router several time with no luck.

Do I need a new router?

Call CS 1-800-288-2020.  If it is determined that the gateway is not working properly a replacement will be sent for a self-install.

Greg you said you "reset" the router.  Does that mean you powered it off and back on, or did you do a factory reset (holding the reset button for >15 secs)?  If you haven't tried the latter, give it a shot.  If it doesn't fix the issue, do what skeeterintexas suggested.

Note that if you have any customized settings in the gateway like changing the wifi SSID's and/or passwords, added port forwarding, etc, those will get wiped out by the factory reset and you'll need to re-enter them.
