Returning Found Equipment After Collections
I have located equipment i was supposed to return (at the beginning of pandemic 4/2020). Time just lapsed and had since not thought of the equipment until I unboxed a box I found the equipment in. Since I no longer have ATT service, every time I call ATT to ask about returning equipment I get nowhere. I have still been a cell phone customer, always on time, I am affected when I want to upgrade because of collections. Where can I return equipment? Just want to remove collections off credit.
