Returned equipment

Where do I find out the status of my returned equipment? I sent it to FedEx a little over 2 weeks and I would like to know if it has been received. I do not need to be charged for something that has been sent out the moment the new equipment arrived.

You can use the tracking number on your receipt to find out if the equipment has made it to the warehouse.
