Return Equipment

We are here to assist with your equipment return query, @Ron Nalepa! 

You can return your equipment at your nearest FedEx or UPS store.

• FedEx Office "Pack and Ship or the UPS Store" will send your equipment  back to us at no charge to you.
• You'll get a receipt confirming your return, and we'll also know your equipment is on its way.

Thanks - It worked as you suggested.  I spent over 2 hours on the phone with ATT support and no one could or would tell me that.
