Random lag spikes at certain times
At around 8-10 P.M. EST, my network connection becomes very lackluster, and since I'm a gamer, my ping skyrockets to the near maximum. I would like to know why this happens and how I can prevent this. This has been occuring nearly everyday since the past month.

Hello @Dregga
It might be an issue with network congestion, as more people watch streaming video and play games during the prime time, usually in the evenings. What service do you have? Are there any other users in your household?
Thanks,
Dmitriy

Yes, I live with my mother, but she never uses her computer, so I'm the only one actually using one. As for service, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking- I'm using U-verse, and is there any possible way I can stop, or at least lessen the lag it causes?
