PS4 interfering with my computer's WIFI
Whenever I have my computer on, it runs perfectly smooth with no problems, but when I turn on my PS4 which is connected to the internet, suddenly my WIFI on my computer disconnects and has trouble connecting back. Sometimes it connects for a couple of minutes before then abruptly disconnecting again and failing to connect again. I tried troubleshooting it with windows but it doesn't seem to work regardless

We're here to help, @Reyser!
How close is your PS4 to your router? Due to it's proximity, it could be causing electrical interference, which would explain your disconnects from your Wi-Fi.
We also suggest Troubleshooting Your Internet, as even restarting or resetting your modem can resolve issues regarding your service.
Keep us updated on if this helps- we'll be here if you need further assistance!

I have done the restarting the router a few times but it doesn't help all the time because the issue persists. Though I have found out that it is not the PS4 but rather the PS4 controller, the Dualshock 4. Turning it off makes the WIFI of the computer work as it is intended. Regardless I still want to figure it out the issue on what is causing it

Hi @Reyser,
Thank you for the clarification. Have you reached out to the manufacturer of the controller to see if this is a common issue and/or try their troubleshooting steps?
