Product Return

I shipped by my Wi-Fi Extender on May 8, 2020, and requested a refund.  I have not seen any refund and/or credit to my account.  How do I find out about the refund?

how did you request a refund? how long have you had it? i believe theres no refund after 14 days

Product entry date: 05/04/2020; Picked date: 05/05/2020; Received product on May 7th, and returned on May 8th.
