please help
customer service is just placing me on hold and hanging up on me. I don't understand. They seem nice then act like they are helpping and just drop the call. I have spent 2 hours on the phone sunday and 2.5h on the phone today. My equiment is not poweing on. We had bad storms and im sure it got hit.
I was to have a tech today I waited all day. They never came. Never called.
I called all day only to get run around please help.

Generally if equipment issue is suspected, then offer is to send you a replacement gateway that takes about 3 days to receive You are responsible for returning the original equipment to ATT using FedEx or UPS.
If request a tech dispatch instead of the shipment you are approving (pre authorized) a $99 service call to swap the equipment out. Did you do this?
edit… depending on area and workload, the standard dispatch time frame can be 2 to 5 days, with 3 to 4 being average while extreme storms can result in a delay of a week to have a tech dispatch.

I would call back into the 2020 number again. Att keeps track of how many times calling about same issue. Request an escalation of issue.
