Please advise if there is an internet outage

My service is out with the PON light off on my ONT. I have powered off the ONT multiple times and checked cable connections. I have checked my cable path outside and see no sign of damage. Please advise.

Check on a reported outage at https://www.att.com/outages/?afsrc=1&cjevent=0385705e88a811ea83b104780a24060d&source=EC1NAT10600aff12A. If none, its likely a local issue, such as a broken connection. Call 800.288.2020 to work through the issue.
