Physical address where AT&T equipment is returned
I need the physical address, I'm filling out a form for USPS to find out where my package is. They want the address. It was not printed on my shipping label I received from AT&T.

The physical address would be the location of the UPS or FedEx store that you used whenever you returned your equipment. You'll need to track the info on where it was returned either through FedEx or UPS, whichever one you used.
