If this is a current issue it could be weather related depending on where you are. Moisture at the MPOE, at the street connection, or even further down the road at the CO can cause all kinds of issues.
Distance from the CO can also affect your line conditions.

Do i need to call support or should it resolve itself. Also at night i dont experience any packet loss just during daytime.
