Packet loss fixed wireless

When will the packet loss be fixed or at the very least be investigated for fixed wireless?

Its crazy. For 6 months my fixed wireless worked great. Now, the last three weeks it has been horrible. I have not seen any responses on here from AT&T. Have they just given up on the fixed wireless business?

I can forget gaming or watching Netflix. Its almost impossible at this point.

Yeah gaming has been impossible for me for about 2 weeks in fact it's only gotten worse

My fixed wireless is straight up unusable today. PingPlotter showing ATT servers spilling packets all over the floor when hitting twitter.

During the week, it starts at around 3:30 pm for me like clockwork. I set PingPlotter to every 30 seconds and let it run for about 36 hrs and around 11PM - 3PM during the week is relatively solid. 3PM- 11PM its basically a completely broken product.

Prior to December, it was so flawless I was shocked. Something was changed, thats all there is to it. I wish they would just acknowledge it and give us an ETA to the fix.

Yeah sometimes it wouldnt work at all other times it would be too slow to use

I am still at around a 15% packet loss in Alabama. It's sad it has been going on for this long now.
