PACE 4111N modem Red Service light
My PACE 4111N modem sometimes has a red service light. I have tried to reset and reboot multiple times. I have tried to get as far as I can on my own when the screen asks you for your billing information and to reset the PPP Username and Password. After this point it gives the message of " The Installation as encountered an error." What can I do next to resolve the issue so it will install the updates and function properly again?
