Outage

We’ve had an 8 day outage in 94611. No transparency from anyone contacted about the  issue.  Told 96 hours ago it would be 24-48 hours, told same thing yesterday.
I’m seeing a lot of Sonic trucks installing new customers but nary an ATT repair truck. Are there federal regulations regarding extended internet outages?

We're here to assist with your service being out, @Gandseyl!

We recommend viewing our online outage tool for the most up-to-date information on your situation. If nothing is being shown, we advise that you reset your gateway as it's recommended after any network event is cleared.

You can do so with these steps:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
    • An internal battery backup, remove it
    • DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Put the internal battery back in if you have one.
  4. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the phone cord.
  5. Wait for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green. This can take up to 10 minutes.

Feel free to reach back out after everything has cleared if you are still experiencing issues!
