Outage in 91352

Not sure what's wrong, but internet connectivity has been down. The broadband indicator has been red since yesterday so it must be an outage, is there a fix for this soon? Friday 3/17/2023

It's still down this is the fifth day already. You can't possibly expect to count all these days a part of the billing cycle. I can understand one or two but this is too much!!!
