Outage 40085
Internet and home phone at my home in St Joseph, Michigan. Wfi working but no internet available and the house phone, landline is out also. I can use my cell and cell data for internet but the home network is not working.

You may want to give the troubleshooting link they provided a try. Beyond that, we also have an Outages page to help you find out if you're in an outage, and some additional troubleshooting steps to take.

Thank you. Went through the steps with no results. Service did not return, or at least did not notice it returning until late Sunday afternoon. No explanation as to why it happened. Been a customer several years and only had this happen twice before for more than an hour or two. Both within the past 6 months. Beginning to think AT&T is becoming unreliable.
