OPPO F1 A1601 no longer working on AT&T

Hi,

I have been using an Oppo F1s A1601 dual sim phone with AT&T and my overseas Vodafone SIM for over 2 years. It no longer is picking up the AT&T signal. I still pick up signal for Vodafone over T-Mobile network. I have tried changing the position of the 2 SIM cards and same result. AT&T SIM works if I put that in my old Samsung Galaxy 3 phone. I have tested calling the Vodafone number and that works fine on the Oppo F1. Not sure why AT&T stopped working all of a sudden in the past week.

Hello @OppoUSA,

We can definitely provide you with some more information about your device. The cell phone that you're using is not an AT&T branded device, so unfortunately there is no guarantee that all of the features will work properly. We recommend that you Check the compatibility of your device with the AT&T network, and see if it shows that your cell phone is compatible or not. If the previous link does show that your device is supposed to work on our network, you may need to make sure that you're using a compatible SIM card. Let us know if this helps.
