Old AT&T equipment removal

We formerly had an account for cable with AT&T, but no longer do. When we terminated service, the box is still attached. Since then the power pole has been replaced, but they won’t 

move the old equipment to the new pole so now we have 2 poles in our yard. One houses only the old , likely outdated equipment, and one that has everything else the power company moved to the new pole. My question is, since the equipment is not used nor needed, how can we get it removed and the old pole that has the outdated equipment as well?
