NVG599 Gateway access issue

I have an NVG599 and I'm trying to access it at 192.168.1.254 but when I try to access it on my wired PC it gives me a "can't reach this page error" in both chrome and edge on windows 10.

If I try to access it on my iPhone over the wifi, it works fine.

I've tried resetting the gateway and rebooting my computer but neither has helped. I don't want to fully reset the gateway because setting up my custom settings on it from my iPhone would be a pain in the butt if it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Hi @lqhnybear,

This appears to be a known issue with Microsoft Edge and possibly Windows 10. There are a few solutions to fix this issue, but someone said they were able to resolve the issue by running the following command as administrator in Command Prompt.

checknetisolation LoopbackExempt -a -n=Microsoft.Windows.Spartan_cw5n1h2txyew

Hope this helps.

1) The link has an extra "c" at the end.

2) There are two different (but similar) solutions proposed in that thread.

3) I'm not sure that thread has anything to do with this issue.
