All of the red lights are flashing on the gateway. Do I need a new battery?

No, if after performing a FACTORY RESET of the gateway by depressing and holding the reset button on back of gateway for 20 seconds... the problem is not resolved, will need to call 800.288.2020 to schedule a replacement gateway.
