NVG-510 connection issues

Service connection has always been sporadic, but worse last few days. Have powered off for 15 sec. and back on. Multiple wireless devices used, nothing connected via cat5. Received notice that ATT had increased U-verse speed.

Hi @cliving,

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with your internet. This link should help. It explains what you can do to resolve the issue. Modem environment plays a key factor so we recommend section 1.

If you continue to experience trouble, free free to download our myATT app via the App Store. You can troubleshoot in the palm of your hand and it is much faster than calling in. You can also text myATT to 8758.
