Non-Returned Receiver Fee - Devices have been returned.
I have two Non-Returned Receiver fees, both $150 on my account. I have since returned both devices and have the paperwork to prove it. I also received an email saying the equipment was received. TV service was cancelled August 17th - Equipment brought to UPS for return Sept 28th. So I did miss the 21 day window.
I contacted chat support and the rep told me that the warehouse received the equipment before the current bill was generated. He let me know that I only needed to pay the service bill and to not worry about the equipment fee. Now, I want to believe him but I have a feeling that my service will be either billed late or disconnected for not paying the full price. If the equipment was confirmed to be returned why can the charge just not be removed from my account? Basically I want to know if what he said is actually true or not.
The fee's have brought my bill to $435. I cannot afford to pay that at all. Not even if it was supposed to be refunded to me.

Hi Yetty,
I have a similar issue. I returned my equipment on 9/24 but I am told they have yet not received it. I do have the UPS receipts.
Can you please PM me so that I can send you any details that you may need.
Thanks!
