Non-returned equipment charge erroneously applied
I have received an erroneous charge for non-returned equipment.
I have an "AT&T U-verse CPE return receipt" from the UPS store, with a reference number and tracking number.
Regardless, the charge was forwarded to a debt collection agency because the equipment was never received by AT&T.
I have called several times, only to hear that I need to return to the UPS store to investigate this issue.
I consider that this is very poor customer service and I am very disappointed.
