Hello @LaLa1697,

Lets get you connected.

To begin we will need to ask a few clarifying questions to begin troubleshooting.

  • Are you connecting using Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cord?
  • Do you have other devices connected to the internet?

Thank you for chatting with us @LaLa1697 we look forward to hearing from you.

Does your cell phone connect to your wifi okay? You need to make sure that your laptop is using the wifi network name printed on your gateway.

Hello @LaLa1697,

  • When connecting the Wi-Fi are you able to see and select your network?
  • Is it giving you some kind of error message?
  • Is the cell phone working fine while connected?

Thank you for chatting with us @LaLa1697 we look forward to hearing from you.
