New router needs new assword

Hello,

I received a new router to help me connect to network and be able to use the internet, but instead all my devices were unable to connect to the network rather than just my new computer I just bought. without internet i cant use the virtual assistant since when I call I am unable to ever reach anyone over the hone. Can someone lease call me so I can fix this issue. Due to Covid, I have been trying to reach someone regarding this issue for about a month. I do not want to continue to ay for a service that isnt working. Someone lease hel

I would like to have a technician come and fix this. I have sownt hours on calls and over a month trying to get this fixed amd still not working. I just lost my job due to Covid and need to update resume and apply for jobs but cant if my internet isnt working! Please help Asap

At&t doesnt have anywhere else to submit a question. Only long wait times through the hone number or virtual agents that have not been able to assist. If this is the At& T community, then maybe someone can direct me to the right place.
