extender has good signal but wont hook in to any devices

What happens when you try to connect a device?
Are you having any issues outside of the Extender?
Have you tried troubleshooting the Extender by powering it off and back on?
Please provide more details so we can determine the best solution for you.

I figured it out. I had to go into my IP address as the user name changed and I created a password. thanks for getting back to me.

I don't have better knowledge of it Netgear Extender. But I have used Netgear Router before. Is there anything related to it?
