need to access a registered website through the modem/router

I had my modem set to a router with port forwarding for 443 and I could access a registered domain that I host.  The router "expired", as it seems that Linksys routers do after 4-5 years.  I decided to use the ATT Arris NVG589 as both a modem & router and it is working great.  I have set a port forwarding rule for 443 (https) in NAT/Gaming but I still can't get to my website from outside the network.  It is broadcast from a PC with a fixed IP allocation.

It worked great for years until I lost the Linksys router.  I feel there is one more thing I need to do on the Arris modem/router.  IP Passthrough?  I know the port, so there's no need to do that.  Any other suggestions?  Thank you.

if you have a suggestion, I'll try it out.  I'm very familiar with several different router admin UIs and NAT.  I did forward port 443.

Thank you taking my call today. We do have some useful information on how to set up port forwarding on your Arris router. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
