NEED AN UP TO DATE ROUTER!

my current router, 2Wire 3801 HGV-B, it's OLD and I NEED A BETTER REPLACEMENT! HOW CAN I GET A NEW MODEL? has an issue with intermittently resetting itself @ the WRONG TIME! And that's not GOOD SINCE COVID-19 Has Sent me HOME WORKING FROM HOME! I NEED A NEWER, BETTER MODEM!

What is your current model?

Intermittent resetting may not be equipment issue, but either a line or power issue.

Current ATT gateways are the 589, 599, 5269, 210-700 and 320-505.

The last one is strictly new FIBER installs. 

IF you have one of the above, can call and request replacement be shipped. If your unit is older, then also need to call and request upgraded model.

2Wire 3801 HGV-B, IT'S NOT the POWER, ALL THE lights are on when the modem just resets itself

"Intermittent resetting may not be equipment issue, but either a line or power issue." Line maybe but NO on the POWER! (Edited per community guidelines) thing works fine i.e. lights up is working right now and hasn't ONCE cut out / reset itself Today or Last Night!

 Call the number my thoughts gave you. Say internet. Either schedule a tech visit or ask for a newer gateway to be sent to you.
