NAD-3302 error

I have reset my router many times. I called and was told maintenance being done. However, neighbors are not having any issues.

Having the same issue - broadband not available - my downtime started yesterday evening and is constant.  Have unplugged the box on which "Alarm" is red and "data" is yellow. No luck. First available date for technician is a week from now! Is there something else I can do or is there another way to schedule an appointment with technician sooner? Review of the same issue with other members on this forum are not hopeful with many leaving At&t for other providers.
