myatt.com sign in

Unable to sign in to "myatt.com". When I click on sign in the wheel starts to bring & the message "Please give us a moment. We're almost there" appears but never results in a sign in. What is wrong? All other functions on computer appear normal.

Would appreciate assistance & a successful sign in. Thank you

Try a different browser.  I had issues with Firefox but Edge was fine.  Try a different browser.

Do you have any ad blockers or script blockers?  Any unusual Internet Security products installed?

To the best of my knowledge I do not have ad blockers or script blockers. Checked Safari preferences & only found "ask web sites not to track me".

Any other thoughts? I can sign in to others such as yahoo, apple, excel, etc. Cannot remember when last signed in to myatt.

Appreciate your continued attempts to solve this. I cannot get to ATT except if I call number ending in 2020 which then takes too much time.

Thanks  JM

A late thought I copied the URL https://www.att.com/my/#/login. Is this correct. This URL in memory on my MacBook Air and used previously.

Thanks for the review.  JM

I probably very confused plus lack understanding how to proceed within AT&T web pages. I can sign in to forums using my password. What I cannot do is see my statements. When I try to sign in for billing, etc.  the "Please give us a moment. We're almost there" message appears on the screen and never finishes loading.

Please advise where I go wrong or what I must do to be able to sign in for viewing statements making payments'tc.

Thank you

Signing into these forums is a whole different animal.  Have you registered your AT&T account there?

I have two different IDs on that site: One Uverse...one wireless.  Two different accounts, two different IDs.  Uverse business (TV/internet/phone) uses my ATT email address.  The wireless ID uses my cell number.

My username here and my 2 ATT log ins are totally different so I actually have 3 different IDs and three different log ins.

Thanks for your reply. I spent >1hr. with ATT support at number (800) 288-2020‬. Very frustrating.  Changed password, etc.. Able to sign in to community but not to "myatt.com". Finally a supervisor. Supervisor to escalate problem. When I click on "Have you registered your AT&T account there?" from your message above I still get connected to the spinning wheel with message "Please give us a moment. We're almost there". Supervisor believe's error in page. No mention of others with this problem. I downloaded the iPhone App myatt.com & can view billing. Stir cannot review billing on Apple Computer MacBook Air. Is this not strange?

Thanks

I have found that an App can act different and give different results than a regular old website.

The Uverse TV app is a perfect example.  There are programs available on the app that are NOT available on the TV.

Go figger.

How did I manage to confuse you. I do not believe I mentioned TV APP. My problem is viewing billing on MacBook Air computer. Can view on iPhone app but not computer.

Thanks for your continued interest.
