My smart manger tells me I have a gateway failure

My bgw210 is has connection but no internet, my smart manger tells me it is a gateway issue.  What should I do?

Call CS 1-800-288-2020.  If it is determined that you need a replacement, one will be sent for a self-install. 


You have 60 days to return the old one via UPS/FedEx.  Instructions will be emailed to you.
