My Ps4 does not want to connect to my internet
A few days ago my ps4 suddenly couldn't connect to my wifi. My phone, tablets, and other devices can still connect perfectly fine though. I have restarted both my ps4 and router. I even restored my ps4 to the default settings. It still hasn't solved my issue. I took my ps4 to my brother's house and it connected perfectly fine to his wifi so I don't think it's something with my ps4 or psn. It's been almost a week and I'm not sure how to solve this issue.

Hi @Kat1805!
Thank you for reaching out to us here! Have you clear cache on your gaming device? If not, we suggest that you clear cache on you Ps4. You can start by pressing and holding your PlayStation button on your controller, Select turn off, let the PlayStation fully power down and wait at least 30 seconds, restart it, Hold L1+ R1 while booting up the game.
We also suggest that view this great solution on How to Troubleshoot your PlayStation.
Let us know if this helps!

I’m having the exact same issue on Xbox and AT&T has been of literally no help. Can’t connect to Xbox live for about two weeks now.
