Multiple Static IPs on One Nic

Hello. 

This might be more of a Microsoft question but someone here may have experienced the same issue.
YEARS ago I had a Linux server (I wanted to learn Linux) with 2 nics in it.  I was having an issue with the RG not seeing all the static IPs I had assigned to the nics - multiple IPs per nic.  I found the answer on a tech board. So I know you can get the RG to talk to a nic with multiple static IPs. 

Come ahead to now.  Now I have 2 Windows Servers (now I want to learn Microsoft) each with 2 nics in them.  I'm having the same issue as the Linux server.  The 5268AC is only seeing 1 static IP on each nic.

How do I make the 5268AC see all the IPs assigned to the 4 nics?  I have a block of 13 usable IPs.
