Motorola NVG589 Port Forwarding HELP

I just got a Motorola NVG589 installed. I play multiplayer games, and some require portforwarding. The problem I'm having is that I can't add my custom services to my PC. It doesn't show up in the "Needed by Device List." I went to check my device list and I noticed the devices that aren't showing up on the "Needed by Device List" have the "off" status. The devices that do show up are "on." Is there a way I can turn the status of my PC on so I can portforward?

Normally devices show up as "on" in the RG when those devices have been heard from lately.  I'm assuming that you're using the gaming PC to configure the RG, so I can't see why it wouldn't be "on."

Yes, I am using the gaming PC. It seems everything that is connected wirelessly is considered "off." I tried restarting my computer and disconnecting and reconnecting, but it doesn't seem like it's going to work.
