Modem/Gateway failing
My Pace 5268AC Modem/gateway stays inoperative for longer and longer periods after I press the red reset button on the back. Is my Pace 5268 about to go bad and need replacing?

Equipment dies. Call CS. If it is determined you need a new RG, one will be sent for a self-install.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.
