Modem not working
Our Gateway will not power up when it's plugged in. The little green light on the back of the Gateway next to the power cord is ON, however. No other lights will come on. Has anyone experienced this? We've tried calling the 1-800 number a billion times but can't get the help we need.

If you have the AT&T Smart Home Manager app it should be able to troubleshoot and if it finds a problem, help you schedule an appointment.

We FINALLY got someone on the phone that we could understand and scheduled an appointment, but then all of a sudden it started working again on its own! Then today it started doing the same sh*t, so we are back where we started from.

Att won't send a tech unless they suspect a repair is needed. A faulty gateway is almost always handled through package delivery.
Every gateway I've owned has a power LED on the front indicating status. The BGW210 as one of the more recent gateways is very simple in that there's one LED for broadband and another for optional phone service.
