Modem intermittently drops all external network connections

Help, experiencing intermittent dropped WiFi on external WiFi routers only, while AT&T modem WiFi can still connect to internet.

Service will usually come back after 30 minutes, still rather frustrating, esepcially after just upgrading to latest Airport Extreme models.

Below is the set up of our (low traffic) home network

Modem:

AT&T Arris NVG510 (WiFi connection)

Network:

two Airport Extreme WiFi routers (connected to modem via Ethernet)

Router Mode:

Create a Wireless Network

Off (Bridge Mode)

Hey, @Jules_SF.

Third party setups can be complicated, lets make this easy for you.

We suggest that you choose one of the third party routers as your primary gateway behind your AT&T gateway.

The next step would be setting up IP Passthrough on your AT&T gateway, to bridge to your third party equipment. This will allow the other third party gateways to be used as Wireless Access Points throughout your house.

Let us know if this works, we are here to help.
