Lost ATT&T Wireless Connectivity to 2014 Lenovo Computer

On 11/11/22, I lost AT&T wireless connectivity to my 2014 Lenovo computer.

I am able to connect wireless to the 2014 Lenovo computer using Apple mobile device Personal Hotspot.

The in house AT&T Model BGW320-500 wireless is connecting to on all other 3 apple mobile devices, 2 MacBooks, and 3 Samsung TVs with no issues.

As recommended, I have unplugged/rebooted the AT&T Model BGW320-500.

Since that didn't fix the problem, I proceeded and deleted existing AT&T wireless set-up information and reentered  AT&T wireless no longer appears as an option to connect to on the 2014 Lenovo Computer.

Does AT&T push security updates to AT&T Model BGW320-500,  that has impacted my wireless connectivity to a 2014 Lenovo Computer?

Thank you for reading.

We're here to help address your internet connectivity concerns, @SLANDREWS.

Based off the information you provided, it sounds like there may be something wrong with the Lenovo computer's ability to connect to your service. Since all other devices seem to be able to connect without issue, you may need to reach out to your device's manufacturer to see if they're able to provide any insight regarding this.

If that isn't an option, then for advanced technical support with getting your Lenovo connected however, we recommend reaching out to HomeTech (paid subscription service) for further assistance. They provide 24/7 troubleshooting and technical support for devices, even when there's nothing actually wrong with your internet service itself.

We hope the information helps, and please don't hesitate to reach back out should you have any additional questions or concerns. Thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums!
