I got my much anticipated services
(landline, high speed internet, u-verse tv)
Installed 7/23/18. That was 6 days ago. Everything but phone was working. Tech guy said it would be on in a few hours to a few days.
Discovered late evening 7/25/18 no service on anything.
Called 7/26, 7/27, 7/28, 7/29. 16 calls on just 7/29/18 alone!
Asked repeatedly to seak to a supervisor. ( in every call)
NEVER SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR
They hung up repeatedly. They put me on hold which sent me back to robot- system limbo.
As a new customer, i am appalled at 1 the lack of customer service and 2 the ignorant people on the other end of the line.
They extorted an agreement to pay additional service fees for service i do not have. I got fired from my online job for not being able to log on and dial in to work.
I want att to compensate me for the job they caused me to loose.
