Leaning Pole

The utility pole, located at the edge of my yard, that carries ATT is now leaning substantially and actually moving with the wind.  Who replaces this pole?  If the pole comes down it will  affect local

ATT Internet & Phone....as well as taking out the electrical power lines that run close to it.

Well...been 9 days and the pole is still swaying in the breeze.  I received a report # (NT0T0842)....and an ATT truck came out and looked at it 8 days ago and he said he marked it as a Hazardous Situation and had 'marked' the pole for replacement.  I'm not too worried because I have enough documentation to ensure ATT will pay for any property damages.  I would think ATT would be more concerned about their customers who would be affected when this pole goes over (loss of internet)...not to mention the electrical lines it most likely will take down with it.  I would guess my neighbors who rely on powered medical life sustaining equipment...may have a complaint or two also....once they know the pole had been reported but no action taken by ATT.   Good Luck To You When It Goes Down!!!!
