Laptop won't connect to wifi
Computer was connected to our att wifi and then the smart home manager blocked it.
Now it will connect to the wifi, but it is denied access to the internet.
It can access the internet through an ethernet cable connect to the gateway/router.
All our other devices connect via wifi to the gateway/ router and then to the internet without any problem.
I've reset the router numerous times.
I've rebooted the computer.
I've reset the ip address on the computer.
Seems like the smart home manager I still blocking it. But I cannot figure out how to get the smart home manager to let this computer use the internet when connected to the router.

Hi Ahomey, we'd be glad to help you unblock your laptop and get reconnected to your Wi-Fi.
To start, perform a full factory reset on your gateway. We see that you tried resetting, but a full factory reset will allow you to start from scratch. Be sure to jot down your custom settings, like your static IP address if you have one, or your Wi-Fi network name. You can then change them back after the factory reset.
Here are the steps:
Next, disable your laptop in the Smart Home Manager. Go to the Devices tab, select the All Devices tab, then disable the laptop. This ties in to the last step.
Lastly, uninstall and reinstall the Smart Home Manager app. Just like factory resetting your gateway, this will allow to start fresh and connect your laptop to the Wi-Fi. Be sure to remove any 3rd party devices that may be connected, such as routers or switches.
Once the gateway and the Smart Home Manager are back up and running, connect your laptop to the Wi-Fi and let us know if you're able to fully access the Internet. If not, we'll help you figure out what your next step should be.
