To check and see if you're in a confirmed outage, just to go our Outage page and sign in to your account.
If there's no outage, but you're unable to connect to the Internet, let us know. Sometimes simply restarting your gateway refreshes and re-establishes the Internet connection. Just unplug the power connection behind the gateway for ~15 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the Broadband light to turn green.
