Hello @Azzo4601,

Thank you for reaching out to us! We'd love to help you get your device back up and running. For starters, is your device completely up to date with the latest iOS? Next, we encourage you to visit our Device Support page, to try more troubleshooting options. On the page, select which iPhone you have.

Now, select: Tuturials & video underneath Additional support. Lastly, you can select Connectivity beneath Device Topics. There, you can focus on Wi-Fi connectivity, and other problems you may be facing. Try these options, and let us know if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks for the basic troubleshooting advice. The fact is that this happens all the time. It does not seem like I should have to reset my modem every 2-3weeks only after I get the you have exceeded 75% of your data plan. While I’m not an IT person, I try to solve these problems myself before having to resort to posting in forums and or spending an hour with a technician who reads me a script. the fact is that my devices are in range and will not connect...this is the 3rd or 4th modem I’ve received. 2 or 3 of your tech folks said they would send me the newest modem that’s different than the Pace, but promises have been broken. And frankly after reading reviews from forums, I’m not sure that it will work either. Ultimately, it is working for the time being, I have to decide if the headache is worth it, or if I should just switch. Thanks
