Internet!!

My internet keeps connecting and disconnecting on it's own. Seems to work better during the day and then doesn't work at night. I've tried unplugging the modem both the power cord and the internet cord and nothing has helped. What's wrong?

What internet plan do you have?

 

Do you have a lot of devices connected to your internet?

 

Is your gateway plugged into an outlet or a surge protector?

 

We recommend that you use our Smart Home Manager App. This will help with managing your devices. The more devices you have, the slower it is going to be.

 

Also, we recommend that you have your gateway plugged into an outlet. If it is plugged into a surge protector, it will not get the full amount of power it needs which could cause it to disconnect and reconnect.
