Internet

I never had at&t internet in the past but I have a friend that did and he gave me the at&t gateway 2 in 1 router and I was wanting to use it as a new at&t customer so I don't have to wait on them to ship one to me. Can I do this?

Except with rare exceptions, AT&T gateways belong to AT&T and would be considered stolen.

What model is the gateway?

Thank you for your interest in our services @tclardy7!

We would not recommend using another customers gateway. It can cause billing issues and may not work since it is listed under another account.

Our newer gateways cannot be transferred from one account to another without first being returned back to the company first. Also, any newer gateway of ours could result in a non-return fee if not returned to us.
