Internet problems
My internet won’t work. I keep resetting the router and then it will work for about 30 minutes and then it just crashes again. I have to keep resetting it every 30 minutes

Having to reset your router every 30 minutes can get old real fast. We do have many great resources to help you troubleshoot this!
First, please visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Here, you choose your Internet > then choose the appropriate topic. You can follow this troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your issue!
You can visit this link for tips on troubleshooting internet connections. If it is an issue with your modem, please review this article. You can contact ConnecTech support also.
