Internet is VERY slow

Something is going on with your modem: when I reboot it, it works OK for ~ 1 hour, after that I see over 1 sec latency (the att.com website takes 5 minutes to load!!!). I cannot reboot the router every hour. PLEASE HELP! This is not QoS I subscribed to!

Running diagnostics on your Internet is a good first step in pinpointing the cause of the slow speed. Just sign in to the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to get started.
