Internet drops and reconnects throughout the day.

I've been experiencing internet disconnect and reconnect for the past three days. As someone who works from home and participates on VoIP calls and video conferences, I cannot function this way. Internet connection stability is my work life's blood.

Hi, @sean.antle.

 

Many factors affect the home internet service you purchased from AT&T and influence the actual internet speeds you experience at any given time. This can include but is not limited to distance between gateway and device, type of connection used, number of devices connected etc.

There are some steps you can take to optimize your internet services. Please let us know if this information is helpful to you.

UPDATE: After a software update for the router, this issue was resolved for a few days. Log back in this morning and back to square. Called AT&T support, one the phone for an hour before AT&T agreed to send me a new router.

 

I also call a few days ago and was given a $60 credit for the outages.

 

Fingers crossed this fixes the issue once and for all.
