Internet drops a few times every day
We have noticed FOREVER that our internet drops/reboots randomly a few times a day. With increased burden during quarantine due to school at home, working at home, etc., we increased internet from 12Mbs to 18Mbs. It is still happening...sometimes at 8 am with only two of us up and using internet...and in the middle of the day. No rhyme or reason. Help! It is often very inconvenient (e.g. during a work zoom meeting)!

We'd like to help with your Internet trouble. Is it just the Wi-Fi that goes down or your entire Internet? Are you connecting through a third-party like a VPN? How long has this been going on for?
