Internet down multiple times every day all day
Our devices keep disconnecting from our home wifi even though our router never shows that it not connected. All lights are solid green but still our devices will connect for about 15 minutes then disconnect for about 5-10minutes for no reason.

Let's make sure your devices stay connected, @Lacaro559!
We recommend following our internet troubleshooting guide. If you have multiple devices dropping from the network, it's likely because of the gateway.
You may also want to check if you're having this intermittent connection with your devices connected with an ethernet cable. This will determine if it's a Wi-Fi problem, or the gateway itself.
If this doesn't help, please let us know. We may need to run some tests on your network or get a tech out.

This does help somewhat but not fully. We have been having to unplug and disconnect our gateway multiple times all day and night long. At it's worst our devices will connect for about 45 seconds before getting an error that says "connected without internet" it will take us nearly 20 minutes to finally be able to get our devices to connect. But connection will only last 45 seconds to 4 minutes maximum.

It can be incredibly frustrating when your internet goes down repeatedly throughout the day. Whether you rely on the internet for work or leisure, the constant interruptions can disrupt your productivity and cause stress. It's important to troubleshoot the issue by checking your router, modem, and internet service provider. In some cases, it may be necessary to upgrade your equipment or switch providers to ensure a more reliable connection.
